On December 29, 2007 IBA received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus. At the request of the Ministry of Defense and in compliance with the Belarusian State Armament Program for 2006–2015, IBA experts developed special training programs. The letter says: “At all the stages of the project, IBA specialists who were doing R&D work showed high level of work organization, professionalism and responsibility”.

Konstantin Shvedov, acting Deputy Minister of Defense for personnel and military training, expressed gratitude to IBA for the work done and hope for further fruitful cooperation.
