The program provides a unified system of rules and procedures for authentication of business partners, including training activities and certification of experts within six months from the date of completing application related to those products and solutions that are partner’s focal. Avaya Authorized Partner status means a single level of expertise, as well as a number of benefits, such as access to the portal business partners, sales support, technical support and many others.
