It used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. CMMI helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.

The practical session of “Standard Software Process and Project Defined Process” is a most popular unit of Miratech Corporate Training, highly rated both by newcomers and managers. The latest QMS training was held in Kharkiv office of Miratech on October 30. The Quality Director of Miratech, Mr. Oleksandr Tarasenko, trained the Miratech attendees.
