Miratech pays a meticulous attention to deep knowledge and effective usage of Quality Management System (QMS). QMS helps in making all business processes as fast, simple and cost-effective as possible, leaving Miratech to concentrate on doing its business.

All Miratech employees at all offices, especially newcomers, attend QMS trainings. The QMS Corporate Training consists of 3 units. The attendees have possibility to receive knowledge of Total Quality Management principles, ISO 9001:2000 standards, SEI CMMI with practical studying of “How it is implemented in Miratech”.

The basic principles for the Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy of doing business are to satisfy the customer, satisfy the supplier, and continuously improve the business processes. ISO 9001:2000 is the standard that provides a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system, regardless of what the user organization does, its size, or whether it is in the private, or public sector. Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. It used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization. CMMI helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, provide guidance for quality processes, and provide a point of reference for appraising current processes.

The practical session of “Standard Software Process and Project Defined Process” is a most popular unit of Miratech Corporate Training, highly rated both by newcomers and managers. The latest QMS training was held in Kharkiv office of Miratech on October 30. The Quality Director of Miratech, Mr. Oleksandr Tarasenko, trained the Miratech attendees. The collected feedback and exam demonstrate steady growth of course efficiency and employees competence.
