Miratech establishes new cooperations at Genesys G-Force Conferences in San Antonio and Berlin

Miratech representatives lead by Chief Executive Officer Valeriy Kutsyy and President Mykola Royenko contributed to success of the Genesys G-Force User Conferences, held over the last month.

G-Force has long been known as a measurement of acceleration due to Earth’s gravity. Now, G-Force becomes increasingly popular as the name of Genesys User Conferences held all around the world. The Conferences are renowned as the premier contact center and customer service events of the year.

Miratech has been traditionally represented at G-Force Conferences as a supplier of professional services and as a sponsor. Miratech provides a range of Genesys professional services for customers in a wide spectrum of industries, from telecommunications to banking and finance. Genesys itself has been one of Miratech Primary Customers since 2000. Miratech employs the world’s largest team of 90 professionals with previous Genesys consulting, engineering and/or support experience.

It is no surprise that such a global business has the equally global scale of G-Force Conferences, consecutively held in all regions of the world.

This year Miratech sent delegations to the Genesys G-Force User Conferences in San Antonio, Texas, the USA, and Berlin, Germany. The Conferences were held, respectively, on April 28-30 and May 19-21, 2008. The audiences of more than 1000 delegates at each of the two events were listening to Genesys experts, partners and speakers from some of the world’s leading companies. Participants also heard real case studies from customers who utilize Genesys Products, which enabled them to deliver superior customer service at a competitive cost. More than 50 speakers and Genesys executives spoke at sessions of the Conferences in San Antonio and Berlin.

The Company’s delegations were led by Miratech Chief Executive Officer Valeriy Kutsyy and Miratech President Mykola Royenko. The Conferences provided Miratech delegates the excellent opportunity to hear from leading industry’s experts, get exposure to innovative approaches and insights into the industry, network with peers and users of Genesys products.

As always at G-Force Conferences, Miratech was also engaged in enhanced interaction with its partners.

Some of delegates were enquiring about services rendered by Miratech and telling about solutions they need. In reply to numerous specific questions, Miratech representatives told, among other, about the Company’s global experience acquired in the support of Genesys Products installations, designed to serve large Contact Centers.

In discussions, the fact was appreciated that Miratech is the only Ukrainian company that possesses the experience in deployment of Genesys Products in Ukraine. Miratech successfully implemented Workforce Management solution for the two largest, as of today, nationwide call centers in domestic telecoms.

Miratech used G-Force Conferences as the venue to interact with current and prospective customers and users, share feedback and network with other industry professionals and Genesys leaders.

The recent G-Force events again demonstrated the increasing Gravitation Force of innovative product and services in the industry and, according to both delegates and organizers, were successful and highly rewarding both professionally and personally.
