Miratech Group welcomes Emily Drenis as the Practice Lead, Customer Experience & Success. She will oversee the enterprise solutions consulting practice at Miratech.
Emily will advise Miratech enterprise clients and conduct customer life-cycle journey mapping, customer success strategy and program development, and contact center design solutions, including the utilization of Genesys technologies.
Emily joins Miratech after 20 years of experience in creating robust customer success programs, adjusting business processes to make organizations more customer-centric, and making customer success management (CSM) teams more efficient.
As the 64th employee at Genesys, Emily was a part of the incredible journey as the company grew from a start-up to recognition as the market leader. She led multiple cross-functional Customer Success teams from various departments and established NPS and other operational KPIs to measure customer experience. Most recently Emily has served as the Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Dodone Consulting Solutions.
