Miratech renews ISO 9000 Certificate

The quality management systems, adopted by Miratech, meet the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which allows the company to demonstrate consistently high efficiency of its business processes. Miratech has works in international market since late 80th; Miratech was the first domestic IT service company certified for compliance with a process oriented edition of ISO 9001:2000.

Miratech has initiated a required renewal certification in first quarter of 2010. The auditors reported full compliance of Miratech quality management system to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. The renewed Certificate states the compliance of quality system to the requirements of the latest edition of ISO 9001 issued in 2008, the certification is registered at National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine. The Certificate gains a worldwide recognition; according to National Accreditation Agency requirements, its validation period is three years.

The International Organization for Standardization promulgates proprietary industrial and commercial standards, whereby ISO 9001:2008 is a standard for quality management systems. Some of its requirements include a set of procedures that cover all key processes in the business; monitoring processes to ensure they are effective; keeping adequate records; checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary; regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness; and facilitating continual improvement.
