In July, 2008, Mr. Oleksandr Tarasenko, Director of Quality and Processes, Miratech, has the business meeting with Mr. Georgiy Sharkov, Managing Director, ESI Center Bulgaria. The target of this event was to establish the long-term program having big value for the Ukrainian IT industry. In scope of the program, Ukrainian IT companies will have extended opportunities for improvement their maturity and pass appraisal according to the international standards CMMI™, ITMark™.

Partnership with ESI extends training opportunities for Miratech focused on delivery of highest quality services. The “Introduction to CMMI” Course and “Software Process Improvement – Roadmap to Maturity” Workshop are scheduled for October, 2008. The certification for standards CMMI™, ITMark™, Information Security Management (ISO 27001) and practical improvement using BITS (Balanced IT Scorecard) are the next steps. ESI brings both content knowledge and training skills to complement the experience on how to apply the ESI capabilities to obtain maximum benefits.
