The VI-th International Conference “Call Centers & CRM” will take place on April 14-15, 2010, in Kiev. Miratech becomes the exhibit’s official sponsor. According to organizers, this year’s event will be attended by not less than 1500 representatives of small, medium and large businesses from Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Poland, USA, Great Britain, China, CIS and Baltic states. The expected number of attendees is almost as twice as of the last year’s event.

Held for the audience by Alexey Perekatov, Miratech Vice President, Corporate Marketing, there will be a speech focused on the new opportunities related to the integration of Avaya and Genesys products, as well as design and implementation features of call centers, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM based solutions; its emphasis will also be placed on benefits of new delivery models, currently introduced by Miratech. The company can be found at booth # 17 of the exhibition, representatives of Miratech are welcomed to participate in the opening of the forum, as well as in press conference on its closing.
