Miratech will provide regional IT support to UIC Generali Garant

Miratech and OJSC UIC Generali Garant have signed an agreement for provision of integrated regional support for all of Generali Garant branches in Ukraine.

The need to outsource non-core activities is related to the heterogeneity of infrastructure in regions of Ukraine and the economic losses caused by high cost of IT support carried out by personnel. With the new services from Miratech, the customer will be able to improve the quality of services, and improve central control over expenditure. The expected savings in operations of regional IT infrastructure will be up to 40 percent. The main source of costs savings is Miratech’s unique model for regional support; the model ensures that the right resources and competences are available at right time, at right volume and with minimal sourcing overheads for the customer.
