In 2008, “Junior Achievement Bulgaria” foundation organized its seventh edition of the “Manager for one day” initiative, which was held under the patronage of the Ministry of Finance.

As an active participant in the program, Musala Soft welcomed five students from Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Kazanluk and Pravetz. Within a day, the students acted as managers of the “Marketing”, “Human Resources”, and “Quality Assurance” departments, part of the company, and demonstrated their ability to make common decisions, when a specific task has been assigned to them.

Boris, Vanio, Joana, Sara and Tihomir were extremely satisfied with the meeting and commented their “work” as managers as interesting and beneficial and the way the initiative is helping young people, when choosing the right field of activity in the future.

“It was extremely interesting for me to understand the way different departments at Musala Soft work and to learn more about company’s activities itself. The experience was interesting and very helpful” – commented Boris Kotsev, student in the National High School in Finance and Business in Sofia.

Here you can read about what Vanio, Joana, Sara and Tihomir said about the initiative as well.

The program gives the opportunity to students from over 200 countries worldwide to become, even for one day, part of the working team of well-positioned companies in the business sector and as managers to actively participate, when taking decisions and applying best practices in a real environment.
