Dr. Mykola Royenko, President of Miratech, a leading Ukrainian IT outsourcing provider, elected President of IT Ukraine Association.

The XXVII Conference of IT Ukraine Association was held in Kiev to discuss issues of Informatization of economy and society. The Conference brought together domestic software companies, members of the Association, system integrators, and government officials. The Conference held elections of the governing bodies of the Association, installing new member states, so Press Office of the Association. Dr. Mykola Royenko was elected President of IT Ukraine Association, succeeding the former President Igor Lisitsky. Dr. Mykola Royenko was elected President of the Association twice: in 2004, the founding year of the Association, and in 2007.

The Association, founded by Miratech and other leading Ukrainian IT houses, strives to consolidate software makers in promoting competitive Ukrainian IT products world over, fuse scientific, educational and industrial facilities to develop the software that would meet the highest international standards, as well as to constitute the most favorable conditions for the further development of national IT industry.
