Netcetera Coding Competition Finds Macedonia’s best Programmers

On 10 June, the best Macedonian programmers dug into the keys at the championship round of the CodeFu Coding Competition, initiated by Netcetera in Skopje. At the gaming club Enternet 32 coders with the highest results from the two previous online qualifying rounds competed on-site to earn their bragging rights.

Netcetera congratulates this year’s winners Igor Kulev (first), Bojan Kostadinov (second) and Hristijan Bogoevski (third). They all win a trip to Zürich and a three-day conference pass for the international software conference Jazoon 2012.

CodeFu is a coding competition for students and postgraduates initiated by Netcetera Skopje in 2007. This year, close to 250 programmers participated at the popular championship. The first online coding competition round started in April 2012, followed by the second in May. At the showdown on 10 June the 32 best competitors from both first rounds competed live in Skopje’s game club Enternet. Besides the main competition, CodeFu seasonal as well as community competitions regularly take place.
