Sirma Mobile, Inc. announced the release of mTimeCard, a new, free mobile app for both iPhone and Android that lets SMBs to easily manage their employee’s time attendance.
Many small businesses do not need complex solutions to monitor their employee’s check-in and check-out. These companies usually hire only a few temps and shift workers, and owners need to keep a keen eye on staff’s presence. “It is not only administrating of the staff, but also checking inventories, dealing with suppliers and even more – managing most of company’s marketing activities. So, a simple time and efforts saving solution will be highly appreciated”, said the most of interviewed business owners during the pilot tests.
In an effort to make it easier for the vendors to monitor their employee’s attendance, Sirma Mobile has developed a mobile application, designed to meet the requirements of business organizations like convenient stores, bakeries, cafeterias and many more with a small number of employees and relatively low volume of sales. MTimeCard enables each employee to individually check in and check out by their mobile handset at a particular work site. The system sends a SMS or email notification to the registered workers if there are some unplanned delays.
“One of the distinct advantages of mTimeCard is its simplicity to use”, said Momchil Zarev, CEO of Sirma Mobile Inc. “The app provides managers with essential functionality they need to run their business – monitoring of the venue/work site attendance and recording the hours that staff has actually worked. The app allows each employee to check the individual working hours which are logged on the system, and to be ensured that their working time will be paid. There are no features which the owner will never use”.
To make the most of mobile technology advancements, mTimeCard is offered as a free unlimited subscription for the companies which operates only one work site. When the vendor runs more than one venue the service allows adding a new work place for a small monthly fee. MTimeCard integrates PayPal system to secure the financial transactions.
