Nordea Bank Lithuania to Use Alna Business Solutions’ DocLogix System

Nordea Bank Lithuania – a subsidiary of Nordea group, which is the leading financial services group in the Nordic and Baltic Sea countries, became a user of DocLogix – information and business processes’ management system and now plans better efficiency of its activities as well as reduction of administration costs. It took two months for Alna Business Solutions to implement the document management system customized to the needs of this financial institution. 

“From all the DocLogix functions, the first that we started to used was the received documents and contracts registration function.  Automation of processes allows us to save time, which would otherwise be wasted on searching for documents and tracing their route,” – says Mrs. Jurga Svabauskiene, Head of Office and Premises Administration Department. 

According to Mrs. J. Svabauskiene, “Flexible search possibilities and user friendly interface will allow our employees to easily learn how to use the system. Moreover, having implemented DocLogix, Nordea now scans its contracts and other documents, which will accelerate their forwarding time and reduce the costs of forwarding itself”.

“Implemented information and business processes management system will facilitate the bank specialists’ work and will make it more effective.  For instance, reminder function will remind responsible employees that it is time to renew a contract. Thanks to the system, it will take less time to coordinate and approve a contract.  Furthermore, DocLogix solution reduces the risk that documents will be lost. These are just a few practical examples showing how modern document management systems facilitate companies in their activities” – said Mr. Marius Juknevicius, Executive Director of Alna Business Solutions.
