As part of the resell agreement, the partners will bundle and market their know-how and technologies in the areas of semantic technologies and Linked Data.

OWLIM and Information Workbench – Integrated Solution for the Interaction with Linked Data

The joint solution is based on the Information WorkbenchTM from fluid Operations and the semantic database OWLIM from Ontotext. OWLIM provides a robust semantic repository for scalable data management, while the Information Workbench offers advanced capabilities for visualization, exploration and interaction with the integrated database. Together, OWLIM and the Information Workbench offer an integrated solution from backend to frontend. The solution covers the entire lifecycle of interacting with Linked Data, including the integration of heterogeneous data from different data sources, an innovative inference engine, intelligent query answering, collaborative knowledge acquisition and augmentation, as well as business intelligence and advanced analytic capabilities.

Joint Activities in the New Year

In addition to the new resell agreement, the partners are planning joint marketing activities for 2012. fluidOps and Ontotext will kick off their partnership with SemTechBiz Berlin 2012 taking place from February 6 to 7.
