ORAK Engineering has implemented a comprehensive solution for Customer Relationship Management. The project had been realized with the professional contribution of company Balkan Services. The project covers the customer offices in Bulgaria, USA, Turkey, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Russia and Dubai and includes full integration with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Communication Server (MOCS), as well as business trade and tourist platforms of the company ORAK R5 and ORAK R6.

The current number of the users who work with the application is 50 with a tendency to increase. The project of implementation is internal for the company and ORAK Engineering recognizes as its leading partner and consultant Balkan Services with its expertise and professionalism in CRM solutions. The project in Orak Engineering is among the few such large-scale implementations of CRM systems in Bulgarian companies. The system involves the whole management of the company – a holding structure with a head quarter in Plovdiv (branches in 6 cities in Bulgaria) and offices in USA, Turkey, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Russia and Dubai.

The system maintains the specific marketing, sales and service process of the company and the interaction between them. Supported is the opportunity to maintain different price lists by locations and countries, discounts and clients for each division. It is paid attention on every access levels and specific possibilities for working in the different branches of the company (the head office can operate with the data of the rest offices but the opposite is not possible). The companies, partners of Orak Engineering, have their own account in order to be able to operate and to explore the data, which is important for the receiving of critical for the business information on time.
