It is not that intriguing that most of the businessmen preferred to outsource their business utilities and most of them were from the IT sector. The outsourcing of the IT industry has risen to 5.9% annually according to the report in the Computer Weekly magazine. According to them, there are many reasons why outsourcing has become so popular among the IT sector. They have been listed below:

• Cost effectiveness: On an average, the income of an IT manager is around fifty thousand dollars. This is excluding all the perks and incentives that they are privileged of. If a company cannot afford to sustain the cost of the manager, then the company can be in problems because of overloading of work on less people. In the IT industry, it is downright annoying for that to happen to someone. Tackling other problems rather than focusing on making profit can be a major negative when it comes to the IT industry. This will be because they will spend their time tackling the problems and not on doing their valuable projects.
• Lack of proficient in house workers: The business should include an IT section and if it does not have one, then the company will certainly lack the space for more employees. Even if the company does have an IT section, then it is not always that the IT sector of the company will have work to occupy them all the time. Although the company can make a tie up with an IT firm to have a contract during which the specific employee or the team has to be available whenever the company calls for them.
• Expansion of the in house proficient workers: Even if you might have a dedicated person as your IT professional, it might happen that he might not be able to attend office. He might be out of station or on sick leave or might have gone elsewhere for work. In such cases, it is essential to have a well established IT company to do the job for you. They should send a team of good professionals to solve whichever problem you might be facing.
• Productivity Factor: If your company does not have an IT section then you might be thinking that it is a cost effective method by hiring a team whenever they are needed. During a survey, it was revealed that more than half of the employers are concerned with their employees’ capabilities of handling and dealing with computers.
• Advances in Software: If a software is being upgraded and it is beneficial for your business, then you will tend to acquire it. But you need to do it before the competitors get it. For that, you need to keep in contact with the dealers of the software and procure the product in order to optimize the outputs that the software might give the business.
