The collected data will be released as a series of findings, the first of which will focus on outsourcing trends in the mid market. The mid market here is defined as companies with annual revenues between $500M and $1.5B.
Topics that will be covered in the outsourcing research report include:
What they seek in their service provider
Said Frank Casale, CEO of The Outsourcing Institute, “We are excited about all aspects of this joint research initiative, we are especially keen to gain direct buy-side insights into mid market outsourcing trends. “We look forward to gaining insights from The Outsourcing Institute membership,” said Stan LePeak, EquaTerra Managing Director of Research. “The responses to this research and ensuing analysis will help paint an unbiased picture of market needs, challenges and near-term plans for outsourcing and offshoring.
