Infovide-Matrix SA acquires 53.26% of shares in the share capital of CTPartners company. The value of the transaction concluded by the parties on November 27th this year amounts to PLN 3 million. The agreement also assumes an additional payment up to the amount of the net profit earned by CTPartners in 2007, if the profit exceeds PLN 600,000.
