Program-Ace is glad to announce the victory of its employee in national IT-contest «Programmania-2008» (http://www.it-contest.com/).

Natalya Nosova, senior QA engineer at Program-Ace, won the 1st place in the  «Project management» nomination. Her score was the highest one not only in the event’s host city (Kharkiv), but also on national level.

«To compete with about 15 hundreds of other IT-specialist from 3 major cities was quite a challenging task! » – says Ms.Nosova. «Managing of projects was always an interesting domain for me. From the other hand, work in QA team gives an invaluable experience in collaboration with all departments and many different projects. Apparentely, these were the prerequisites for the final result!».

Company has traditionally supported «Programmania» through several last years. In 2008 Program-Ace, together with Intel(R) Corporation became general partners of the event. Through this partnership the Competition gained two new nominations, which correspond strategic priorities of both companies:

• Multithreading;
• Graphics Programming.

«As one of the Contest’s partners, we had no right to get leading ratings in our traditional fields, where we participated in preparation of the tasks for competition,» – comments Oleg Fonarov, CEO of Program-Ace. «But such impressive results of Natalya in the non-profile tasks was a pleasant surprize for our team.
