Reksoft, a leading software engineering and IT outsourcing provider in Eastern Europe, has performed its latest client satisfaction survey with the following results: satisfaction with Reksoft’s overall team delivery was assessed at 95%.
Reksoft has been conducting its annual client satisfaction survey for the past seven years. The questionnaire covers all project aspects, from management quality, the professionalism and soft skills of project teams, and the correspondence of project results with client expectations.
55% of Reksoft clients took part in this year’s survey of Reksoft’s performance. Clients especially appreciated Reksoft’s project and account managers’ efforts to establish appropriate information exchange, good communication processes and team continuity.
‘We are proud of the high rating from our clients,’ says Yulian Larionov, Head of Quality at Reksoft. “However, we know we have to keep moving forward and we will take all clients’ suggestions into account to improve our service still further.”
