Reksoft Customer Satisfaction Survey Confirms Success of Company’s Agility Programs

Reksoft, a leading software development outsourcing provider in Eastern Europe and part of Technoserv Group, today announced the results of its annual customer satisfaction survey.

Reksoft has been conducting its annual client satisfaction survey since 2005 and the average satisfaction index for the last six years has reached 92%.

Each year, Reksoft’s customers assess all the soft and quantifiable parameters of the company’s performance in project and services delivery management, detailed to service excellence indicators of individual teams. Each category contains a number of detailed questions, each corresponding to a particular aspect of supplier service quality.

This year, Reksoft was rewarded for its efforts in building extra agility into its organization through its advanced proprietary engagement models, Dynamic Engagement® and SkillFlex®. As planned, these brought exciting and valuable results – the highest marks are given to areas related to proactive change management, relationships risk handling, accessibility and the individual performance of Reksoft’s front-line managers.
