For the last two years HeadHunter has been preparing ratings that recognize employers in Russia from different industries for their commitment and dedication to HR excellence.

The research is based on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” annual study and focuses on identifying three major aspects of HR management in each participant company: prospective employees, HR personnel and current employees of a company. 500 companies from all over Russia were invited to take part in the study.
