Loyalty Partner Solutions entrusts the project development to SaM SolutionsSaM Solutions, a leading software development outsourcing company with over 600 employees worldwide, wins a new customer – Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH, the IT provider of bonus program PAYBACK. The current projects are focused on the development of the payback.de portal, the largest client bonus program in Europe.

The long-term partnership of two companies started after completing a four-month pilot project during which SaM Solutions demonstrated the high quality of the developed software to the Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH. Four months later SaM Solutions started working together with Loyalty Partner Solutions on various software development projects based on the Enterprise Java Technologies.

Agile Cooperation

The development process between SaM Solutions and Loyalty Partner Solutions is based on the agile principles of software development. This methodology requires very close teamwork between teams in Minsk and Munich. At the same time both teams work towards reducing the bureaucratic overhead by complying strictly with a few basic rules. The resulting software development process is flexible and lightweight. The partners work according to the SCRUM model, which implies the crucial importance of the communication between the team members in their work. The development teams are self-organized in technical tasks and a working software is released every two weeks.
