SAP AG authorized two members of IBA Group, namely IBA Minsk and NIIEVMService as SAP Partner Center of Expertise.
IBA Group has been applying SAP products in custom projects since 1996. The IBA SAP team consists of 300+ highly qualified SAP consultants, business analysts, and ABAP developers with extensive experience in diverse SAP projects. Approximately 65% of IBA Group’s SAP experts have studied ABAP/4 programming or SAP consulting in SAP education centers of Russia or the US, or attended internal IBA courses.

IBA is also authorized as SAP Service Partner and SAP Channel Partner Gold Level in SAP Business All-in-One.

Striving to harmonize its support program, SAP launched two support delivery options for its customers, namely VAR delivered support and SAP delivered support. The VAR certification is mandatory and includes evaluation of the SAP partner’s support staff, support processes, and infrastructure.

As a result of a three-month collaboration of IBA Minsk, NIIEVMService, and SAP SSC Ireland Ltd., and following audit and certification tests that were conducted by a group of independent international auditors, IBA Group’s Partner Center of Expertise was verified as offering SAP software support to end customers in accordance with SAP’s current standards related to SAP ERP and SAP Business Objects.

Valid for two years, the SAP Partner Center of Expertise certification shows that that IBA Group provides qualified and certified support delivery.
