On 8^th of June, ScaleFocus was awarded with two noble recognitions – the Most Innovative Workspace of the Year and Research and Development center of 2017 at the Innovation, Technology & Sourcing Awards ceremony. The company was awarded with these plaques thanks to the excellent results achieved by the professional work of all over 400 ScaleFocus’ employees. The awards was presented to our CEO Plamen Tsekov and CTO Viktor Bilyanski at the ceremony in Varna’s region most prominent venue – International Hotel & Casino.

The night brought these outstanding recognitions for ScaleFocus’ work towards providing an ingenious R&D ideas so far. This is another proof of our continuous strive for excellence in positioning the company as one of the top technology, R&D and advanced engineering companies, differentiating with edge and quality.

ScaleFocus’ team is happy that was also able to make “The Workplace We Love” with our own hands. The project itself – build from people to people, gave us brilliant opportunity to redesign our Sofia and Plovdiv offices in the ways we all dream them to be. Both places was highly approved by external visitors welcomed to the special open doors events held respectively in November 2017 and June 2018. in providing excellent job opportunities, career growth and employee benefits so far. And today the work was recognized by the votes of an international jury.

About the awards

The third edition of the Innovation, Technology & Sourcing Awards, initiated by Bulgaria Outsourcing Association (BOА) and Bulgarian association of software companies (BASSCOM), estimated three times more applications than last year.
The awards marked the achievements of Bulgarian companies in the outsourcing sector, software companies, IT companies, start-up companies from the sectors, investors and local authorities. In recent years, their joint efforts have contributed to building Bulgaria as a leading outsourcing and technology destination.
