ScienceSoft Proves its Commitment to Quality (ISO 9001:2000)

18th of December 2007 ScienceSoft passed the annual verification of the ISO 9001:2000 certification. It was the second successful annual ISO audit since 2005, when we obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate. As a part of preparation for audit, all ScienceSoft employees have attended special trainings regarding ISO and ScienceSoft QMS principles. The audit verified ScienceSoft as complying with all requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Working at international market, ScienceSoft is eager to comply with international quality standards. ScienceSoft’s Quality Management System is based on the best practices of international standards and methodologies: ISO 9001:2000, CMMI, RUP, MSF/MOF, etc. “The processes in our company are unique and complex. This is why we incorporate the best practice from various standards and methodologies. While ISO 9001:2000 is the core standard for our processes, we implement other practices of other standards and methodologies to ensure high efficiency of specific IT processes”, says Alexey Evmenkov, the head of Quality Assurance department of ScienceSoft. This department carries out a range of activities, aimed at improving the quality of the company processes, communication with customers and increasing the employees’ efficiency.
