Carlton is responsible for the global spend management of aftermarket and remanufactured parts for Caterpillar. He leads a global team of professionals delivering significant savings to the corporation by developing long-term and collaborative relationships with key suppliers. In addition, he responsible for the Business Process Outsourcing of Caterpillar’s transactional purchasing functions for which the team sets the standards for the BPO. Prior to Caterpillar, Carlton was Vice President, Customer and Sales Operations, Lenox, Incorporated.
