For seventh consecutive year the Global Association for Contact centre best practices and networking presented awards in 28 categories.
Sofica Group was one of 900 companies taking part in the contest and won medals for EMEA region in all of the categories participated.
According to the Award’s rules Sofica Group gets in the category “Large Sized Contact Center” with working places more than 250. Thus the Contest became more challenging with competitive companies having more than 6 000 employees. Representatives of countries such as Russia, South Africa, Turkey, Egypt and others with much bigger scale of operation from the one achievable in Bulgaria are behind in the ranking.
