Ukrainian software outsourcing company Softheme revises marketing strategy and focuses on mid-size IT companies based in the USA and UK.

Softheme LLC, a Ukrainian software outsourcing company, today disclosed their revised marketing strategy with the focus on providing software outsourcing services to the mid-size IT companies from the USA and UK.
