SoftServe Experts Speaking at the 2012 AHIMA Convention, the Most Extensive Health Information Event in the Industry

SoftServe Inc., a leading global provider of high quality software development, testing and technology consulting services, announced that two company experts, Russell Hertzberg and Khrystyna Kosyk, are to participate and deliver presentations at the 2012 AHIMA Convention, the most extensive Health Information Management (HIM) and Health Information Technology (HIT) exposition in the industry. The 84th AHIMA Convention and Exhibit under the theme “Next Stop in Health Innovation” is being held on October 1-3, 2012 at McCormick Place Convention Center, Chicago, IL.

Russell Hertzberg, SoftServe’s Vice President, SaaS, Mobility and ISV Solutions, is speaking on the Emerging Technology track on Monday, October 1, 2012, with his presentation titled “Enabling Software Technologies for Mobile Healthcare Solutions”. This session focuses on the critical enabling technologies for mobile healthcare, and it will provide practical reviews of architecture and implementation for achieving successful mobile healthcare application development and deployment. The final part of the session features a case study on the successful design and development of a mobile home healthcare solution.

Khrystyna Kosyk, Consulting Services Director of SoftServe, Inc., is speaking on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, together with Jim Gibson, Partner, Jimenez Consulting Services, with their presentation titled “Establishing Performance Measurement for Healthcare Organizations”. This session focuses on the tools and concepts healthcare organizations can use to adopt Business Intelligence (BI) systems and processes. Business Intelligence systems can help healthcare executives develop intentional programs for regularly measuring the performance of their organizations on key metrics. This session defines BI tools and techniques in the healthcare organizational context, including KPIs and balanced scorecards.
