The study examined three aspects, namely Employee Engagement, Leadership Team, and HR Audit and was completed by staff members holding respective positions.

The objective and independent ranking confirmed the high workforce engagement at SoftServe, recognizing the appropriate balance of company`s and employees` interests, effective management and widely appreciated excellent leadership skills of the executives.
