Hewitt Associates, a global human resources consulting company with 70 years of operating experience, together with its strategic partner in Ukraine, HR Center, announced the results of its annual Best Employers in Ukraine Study.

SoftServe, a leading global provider of proven high quality software development and consulting, was selected the best employer among large IT companies operating in Ukraine and came second in the category of Ukraine’s largest companies.

The study, which surveyed nearly 18 000 employees and 240 senior leaders, was conducted to show an unbiased picture of employee satisfaction across Ukrainian companies and identify Ukraine’s Best Employers. The rating included two categories: large businesses and medium and small businesses (SMB).
