Strong New Entry from Romania in Deloitte Central Europe Technology FAST 50

InCrys, the Romanian provider of complete IT Consulting and Services, is number 18 in Deloitte Central Europe Technology FAST 50. According to the survey, InCrys had a +635% increase in income between 2005-2009.

The company had an alert and sustainable growth, from EUR 660,000 in 2005, to EUR 4.23 million in 2009.

InCrys was founded in 2000 with 100% Romanian capital and now has around 150 professionals. The company offers Testing, Software Development, Application Maintenance Outsourcing, Remote Server Administration, Business Analytics and Optimization (BAO) and Software Packaging services, with a focus on clients and partners from Western Europe.

“Although Romania is our first market, during the last few years we have seen increasing revenues from Western-European markets. We offer IT outsourcing services – Application Development & Maintenance, Testingand Business Analytics and Optimization (BAO) – from our main hub located in Bucharest. The key succes factors for this growth are flexibility towards changing demands on the IT market and attracting and nurturing top technical talents,” says Andrei Sandu, Business Development Manager at InCrys.

The company uses programming technologies such as: Java (JEE, Swing), C/C++, .NET and COBOL. The main differentiators of InCrys are:

  • Strong legacy technical skills (Cobol, Mainframe, AS 400)
  • Automated testing capabilities
  • Remote IT infrastructure administration, with focus on large servers and database administration.

Deloitte Central Europe Technology FAST 50 includes the most dynamic technology companies in the region, based on the income increase rate for the last five years (2005-2009) expressed in local currency. The countries taken into account are The Czech Republic, Hungary, Letonia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Lithuania.

As finalist in Deloitte Central Europe Technology FAST 50, InCrys was automatically included in Deloitte Technology FAST 500 EMEA, which comprises companies from Europe, The Middle East and Africa. The results of this competition will be annunced on November 25th in London.
