Sygnity is creating an analytical platform based on Oracle Business Intelligence in Sferia

The project is run by Sygnity consultants, who, apart from license and implementation service, will also provide a training package for target users.

At present, the business analyses phase is in progress. The accomplishment of the basic implementation stage is planned for the end of this year. Oracle Business Intelligence is the first system of managerial and operating reporting, implemented by the Sferia company.

At the first stage, the analytical platform will be used to advanced reporting, based on data gathered from Oracle E-Business Suite system, among others from financial, controlling and HR and payroll modules. At the next project stage, the analytical platform will be supplemented by other applications used in the everyday Sferia operation, including: transactional systems for network management and telephone billing operation. Thanks to these solutions, a uniform reporting system, supporting the overall operator’s activity, will be created. Thanks to the Oracle BI scaling possibility, the platform is prepared for collecting data also from the IT systems planned to be introduced in the future.

The new analytical system will allow to competently create overall reports which are supervised. What is more, it will facilitate the organization of operating information in the form of legible reports, easy to be interpreted by business users. The system will also provide the analysis concerning the company’s key operation areas, including the telecommunications network service and numerous investments related to business development.
