Sygnity to sell its subsidiary KPG

Sygnity has sold its shares in its subsidiary – KPG Sp. z o.o. providing products and geodetic services. The total value of the transaction amounts to PLN 5.9 million, out of which PLN 3.5 million was credited to Sygnity’s account in July this year, whereas PLN 1.2 million will be paid up by the purchaser later this year (PLN 600 000 in the 3rd quarter and PLN 600 000 in the 4th quarter). The remaining part of the transaction amount will be paid up until the end of June 2010. The transaction will have positive influence on the consolidated operating result of Sygnity in the 3rd quarter of 2009 amounting to PLN 960 000.

Following the sale of a real estate in Warsaw and Web Inn in the 2nd quarter of this year, the sale of KPG is a continuation of activities aimed at sorting out the structure of assets of the Sygnity Group – as Mr Piotr Wierzbicki, a Vice-President of the Management Board of Sygnity for financial matters, comments.

Krakow-based KPG specializes in geodetic and cartographic services as well as in photogrammetry. The company’s clients include government and self-government administration units, construction and road construction companies, design and consulting companies.
