The Sygnity trainings to obtain the PAED financing

The Sygnity company has concluded an agreement with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development for co-financing two training projects for the Sygnity workers. They are related to broadening technological and analytical knowledge. The total subsidy for both trainings will amount to nearly PLN 3 million. As part of these projects, which will terminate in the first quarter of 2010, almost 300 workers of the whole Sygnity Group will be trained.

875 projects have been entered for the financing competition organized by the PAED. In the end, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has granted subsidies to 174 projects, two of them entered by the Sygnity company. The first project is “The Academy of Modern Technologies”, during which the workers of the whole Sygnity Group will acquire information technology knowledge concerning, among others, the TOGAF methodology and visual modeling using the Enterprise Architect tool. The market value of this training amounts to over PLN 1 million. The amount of the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development financing constitutes PLN 658 767.

The second of the co-financed projects is the training in business analysis – “Qualified Staff is the Basis of the Sygnity Group Enterprises’ Development”. “This is an absolute innovation on the market of such services. The subject of yhe project concerns above all broadening knowlwdge related to business requirements for projects and transforming them into concrete solutions” - says Joanna Mazur, HR Director of Sygnity.


The Sygnity workers participating in the training will obtain a Professional Certificate In Business Analysis, issued by the George Washington University and ESI International, which is recognized all over the world. The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has granted the subsidy of PLN 2.1 million.

“The financial means obtained thanks to the PAED financing will give our workers opportunity to improve their qualifications, which will directly translate into the company competitiveness and its position on the market – stresses Joanna Mazur – Now we are filing applications for financing next training projects”.
