For many years, the Sygnity Group has been participating in different initiatives addressed to students and graduates, especially those of computer science universities, but not only.

Our goals include mainly:

• building up an attractive employer image in the university environment
• encouraging young people to start their professional career in the Sygnity Group
• providing our managers with contacts with well-educated and motivated people, interested in working or cooperating with the Sygnity Group.

Projects and processes executed by the Sygnity Group require a high competence level based not only on thorough theoretical knowledge, but mostly on practical knowledge, strongly linked with experience. We believe that students and graduates with high development potential may constitute valuable capital for our company, which influences the results of the projects executed and services provided by the company.

So far, our offer of employment has been presented during Work Fairs in the following cities:

• Wroclaw (Academic Job Fairs at the Wroclaw University of Technology – on 9th March)
• Krakow (XII Engineering Work Fairs organized by the AGH University of Science and Technology and by the Krakow University of Technology – on 11th March)
• Lodz (Academic Work Fairs at the Lodz University of Technology – on 16th March)
• Poznan (XIV Work Fairs at the Poznan University of Technology – on 17th March)
• Warsaw (XVII Engineering Work Fairs at the Warsaw University of Technology – on 23rd, 24th March)
• Gliwice (Engineering Work and Initiative Fairs at the Silesian University of Technology – on 30th March)
• Warsaw (Warsaw University of Technology – on 14th April)
  Zielona Gora (Work Fairs at the University of Zielona Gora – on 15th April).
