BOND International challenged TEAM to implement Agile methodology into our development process. Agile is considered a good option for the implementation of product enhancements in a constantly changing environment.

TEAM and BOND migrated from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum with the assistance of a third party consultant. We quickly saw significant process improvements in terms of increased productivity and reduced overall costs. TEAM now has a number of certified Scrum masters on staff.
