For a second year in a row, Telerik has been recognized in the Best Employer in Bulgaria study, conducted annually by Hewitt Associates, the world’s leading provider of human resources outsourcing and consulting services. Telerik ranked #4 in the Small and Medium Sized Companies Category, and is the only Bulgarian company from the IT sector recognized in the study.

Over 360 senior managers and 13,000 employees from 84 companies participated in this year’s study. The final results were based on feedback from the company’s employees, the firm’s people management policies, and the views of the top management. The key statistics influencing the final rank of each company was the engagement of its employees.
