Telesens Successfully Implements Tinterconnect Settlement System in MTS Belarus

Telesens, a leading developer of interconnect business supporting systems has successfully implemented and put into commercial operation Tinterconnect settlement system (T-IC) in MTS Belarus, a leading mobile operator of the Republic of Belarus.

Tinterconnect, the billing settlement system between telecommunication operator, will allow MTS to improve effectiveness of interconnect business by improving the completeness and accuracy of settlements with partners, timely billing and quick launch of new services, including the services of content providing.
