Toroki Ukraina, an innovating company, providing embedded software engineering for networking, has announced an appointment of Sergiy Kuzmenko as new executive for position of General Manager – to strengthen its corporate management structure and optimize day-to-day operations.

Sergiy Kuzmenko is to replace Valeriy Kozlov, Company co-founder, who from now forth will concentrate on the corporate strategy and business development. Valeriy remains active Board member, and is going to facilitate a seamless transition of GM responsibilities.

Sergiy Kuzmenko brings to Toroki Ukraina more than 10 years of management experience in IT outsourcing and Telecom companies. Kuzmenko joins Toroki from GlobalLogic, where he held the position of Head of Development in Mykolayiv branch and proved to be an innovating and proactive professional in the field of management of software engineering companies. Having worked at managerial positions in several leading companies in Ukraine that provide telecom products and services & software engineering, Toroki Ukraina’s new GM is expected to assist in the process of further professional growth of the company.

Sergiy Kuzmenko holds the Master of Science, Control/Management and Applied Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, as well as studied MBA at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.

Sergiy has started on 1st August 2012 in Lviv office, with his primary tasks to get deeply acquainted with the operative management within the Company and smoothly take over Valeriy Kozlov’s General Manager responsibilities during 3 months of parallel work.
