The software and services company TotalSoft announces the conclusion of a partnership with George Butunoiu, for the development and sale of the recruitment information system “Kazier Recruitment”, software designed for companies with high volume of recruitment.

This natural partnership brings together the complementary skills required to create and develop such an IT product: technical expertise in recruitment and technological expertise – each of them being already acknowledged on the market – as well as the commercial resources of the two partners. The stated objective is for Kazier Recruitment to be acknowledged shortly as the strongest recruitment software and to dominate the local market, by being promoted on a large scale in Europe, starting October this year.

According to the agreement, TotalSoft will assume the technical responsibility, which implies the product development, its implementation and integration with other business software systems, George Butunoiu acting as the chief architect and general supervisor of the project.

The recruitment software system Kazier was developed more than 10 ago and since then it has been constantly improved by the recruitment company George Butunoiu, up to the point of fully automating the recruitment activity, optimizing processes, decisions and document flows and eliminating paper totally in this company.

Starting with 2007, the system was extended so as to manage all activities of the recruitment departments within any company, not only the ones within a recruitment company, and it has already been implemented within important companies in Romania and abroad: BRD Group Societe Generale, UniCredit Tiriac Bank, HRCom (People Solution International Hungary), Business Intelligence Alliance, Ontonomia (France) etc.
