TotalSoft, the business software regional developer, part of Global Finance Group, announces opening a representative office in Bulgaria, starting with April 2010. Opening the office located in Sofia is part of the international expansion strategy TotalSoft has already announced last year and it will be followed soon by a similar action in Greece.

With an initial team of 5 employees by the end of the year, the new TotalSoft representative office will focus on the sale and implementation of Charisma Enterprise integrated information system, especially in the field of financial services, retail and distribution. Complementary, TotalSoft Bulgaria will also address the market with products such as Charisma Analyzer (business intelligence), Charisma Collection (automation of debt collection processes from the customers), Charisma Medical Software (solutions dedicated to the hospitals, clinics and drug stores).

The team in Bulgaria will have commercial and implementation responsibilities. Implementation, consulting and technical support services will be initially supported by the Headquarters in Bucharest, through a team specialized in implementations on this market. As the number of projects will increase, TotalSoft Bulgaria will soley perform these tasks.  The operations will be assisted by localizing the solutions, technical support and Website into Bulgarian, and it will be doubled by a series of events dedicated to the targeted business fields.

The investment is estimated to reach, until the end of this year, EUR 300,000, and this amount is expected to be paid off through the new contracts concluded until the end of the year.

“ In a few years we want the turnover coming from the projects performed on external markets to raise from 30%, as the current one is, to at least 50%. Our strategy is focused on opening offices in the countries where we already have solid references and where knowing the business environment is an advantage in winning new projects.” said Liviu Dragan, General Manager, TotalSoft.

TotalSoft has a series of important references for Charisma Enterprise product on the Bulgarian market. The companies optimizing their business with this software include Raiffeisen Leasing, Scania Leasing, Balkan Star, NLB Leasing, Kronos or Deutsche Leasing.

On medium term, TotalSoft intends to open representative offices in other 6 European countries.
