TotalSoft to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 at Toyota Romania and prepares for Toyota Balkans in Bulgaria

The Romanian software and services provider announces the conclusion of a contract with Toyota Romania to implement the client relationship management system Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

The decision to purchase the version 4.0 of Microsoft Dynamics CRM has relied both on the technical superiority of the solution and on the experience of TotalSoft in providing customisation and implementation services for this system, an experience acquired in a serious of previous contracts, in companies with most diverse client communication needs.

This solution comes to meet the policies of Toyota – the worldwide car leader – to have a relation with clients that relies on permanent communication, in view of maintaining high satisfaction of them and suggesting solutions that meet their needs.

Therefore, by using the CRM solution from Microsoft, customised by TotalSoft, Toyota Romania will be able to achieve its business strategies according to real information referring to its client portfolio, to their problems and expectations.

We wanted to implement Microsoft CRM at Toyota Romania right in order to manager better our relationship with our existing and potential clients. Depending on the success of this project, planned to be achieved in August, Toyota Romania will decide to continue its partnership with TotalSoft and to implement also this solution at Toyota Balkans in Bulgaria.

The contract, signed this week, stands for the third project of TotalSoft to implement the product Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 since the official launch of this version in Romania, in March this year.

According to Gartner estimates, the global software market for CRM will increase in 2008 by 14.2%, up to USD 8.9 billions, and the area Asia-Pacific is going to know the most spectacular increase of expenses for CRM from USD 410 millions in 2007 to USD 840 million in 2012.
