TotalSoft is announcing the signing of a new contract with a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Leasing international group, having as scope the implementation of the Charisma Enterprise integrated information system in Ukraine.

This project represents the fourth implementation of TotalSoft ERP in a Raiffeisen Leasing subsidiary, the first three having been achieved during the previous years in Bulgaria, Albania and Romania.

Recently signed, in addition to Charisma solution implementation for the financial services companies, the contract also includes the installation of the business intelligence solution – Charisma Analyzer.

As the implementations in Bulgaria and Albania, TotalSoft won this project at an international bid, held by Raiffeisen Leasing International together with an Austrian consultancy company, during which several systems have been analyzed. In this case as well, Charisma from TotalSoft company has been the solution that best answered to the specific market requirements in Ukraine.

According to the contract, in the first month of the project, a detailed analysis of the market particularities is expected, following that the implementation should be carried out in about 1 year.

Raiffeisen Leasing Ukraine started up in 2006 and is today one of the main leasing players in this country, which is why the number of people accessing Charisma system is up to about 100 users.

According to “Software systems for the leasing industry. An international overview”, drawn up by Eelco Wolters and Marc Peeters, IT consultants and leasing specialists, TotalSoft is among the first 10 worldwide providers of software solutions for Equipment and Finance Lease and Automotive Leasing segments.

The conclusion of this research sums up that most of the multinational leasing companies are about to give up on the obsolete information systems, in favor of new, flexible and modern software solutions. In such a context, the local software remains a force, managing even to change the classification of the most important worldwide provider of software solutions for Equipment and Finance Lease and Automotive leasing segments. TotalSoft is such a provider, that has succeeded with its product, Charisma Enterprise, a very large number of implementations on the local market, and also extended to countries in Central and Eastern Europe.
