In September 2009, the IBA Training Center certified its educational processes to the state requirements for training centers that provide training and retraining services. A special committee of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus acknowledged that the academic processes and the quality of the education services of the IBA Training Center meet the requirements of the Belarusian educational standards. As a result, the IBA Training Center is entitled to issue State Diplomas that are recognized within the country.

Vladimir Dyubkov, Director of the IBA Training Center, comments: “The state accreditation allows the IBA Training Center for being more competitive at the local market because state-owned enterprises and public institutions prefer to train their employees at the centers certified by the Ministry of Education. In addition, the state accreditation proves the high quality of education services in IT and foreign languages at the IBA Training Center.”
