Ukraine jumps up five places in A.T. Kearney rating of world’s top IT-outsourcing countries

Ukraine has gone up by five places in the rating of 50 countries for performing outsourcing in the sphere of IT-services, contact centers and supporting back-offices, carried out by the A.T. Kearney international consulting company.

According to the company, in 2007 Ukraine ranked 47th, and in 2009 it achieved the 42nd position, behind Slovakia, Poland, and Hungary, but jumping ahead of Panama, Turkey and Spain.

The leaders in the rating remained China, India, and Malaysia, which have headed it since its creation in 2004.

According to A.T. Kearney, the rating was based on of 43 indicators that were grouped into three categories: financial attractiveness, personnel resources, and business environment.
