September 1, 2009 – Kiev – Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative have become a partner of the 5th Central and Eastern European software engineering conference CEE-SECR 2009 that will be held on October 27-29, 2009 in Moscow.

CEE-SECR (http://www.cee-secr.org) is the key Eastern European Software Engineering event that last years attracted speakers from 15+ countries, and is regularly attended by over 500 participants from all over the world. The conference is traditionally supported by such industry leaders as Adobe, EMC2, HP, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, ORACLE, Siemens, Sun Microsystems, VMWare, etc.

CEE-SECR 2009 acts as an international forum for in-depth and substantive discussion on the emerging technologies and methodologies being developed to overcome the challenges that exist in different areas of software engineering.

Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative, a leading alliance of the Ukrainian software development companies and outsourcing services providers usually support different events aimed at the development of IT industry and the advanced training of hi-tech professionals. As the members of association are software development companies, it is a great opportunity for them to  present and observe the most recent innovations, trends, practices, and ideas in software engineering, get the latest technical information and insights from Eastern-European, Western-European, and US industry leaders and technical experts, present their findings and software research and find out the current industry needs and standards.

The 6th conference “Software Quality Assurance Days” (http://www.it-conf.ru) will be held on October 28-29, 2009, within 5-th Central and Eastern European Software Engineering Conference in Russia CEE-SECR 2009. SQA Days is one of the largest events in sphere of modern information technologies in the Software Quality Assurance field on the post-Soviet territory which unites leading experts of the international level. The union of the two conferences this year will be a direct confirmation of the integrated approach to IT-infrastructure quality control and assurance. The event is focused on specialists working at different levels of business around the world, from small companies to big corporations.

By the terms of partner agreement all members of Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative will get 5% discount for the participation in this event.
