VT-SOFT held an outsourcing conference on which work hour registration and the retention of valuable labor force was the main topic.

The event started with the greeting speech of Zsuzsanna Suto the Financial and Outsourcing Director of our company. She presented the program of the day and spoke about the future plans and developments of VT-SOFT such as our ever popular web based applications.

The main concepts of work hour planning and registration were introduced by the expert of the topic Lajos Pal from Pal and Kozma Lawyer Company.

On the second presentation of the day Katalin Safar Sales Director presented the knowledge and usage of our web based application developed for the planning and registration of holidays. The program can be utilized via our outsourcing service as well.

Agnes Galambos the Country Manager of Krauthammer Consultant Company presented the methods of keeping our best employees. The attending companies discussed the tools they use to motivate their workforce.

The participants got the chance to foresee the new directions of our developments when Katalin Safar presented VT-Constellation, a program that can be utilized via outsourcing as well. Our Sales Director placed the emphasis on a functional presentation.
